ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an administration superstar to join our amazing Customer Care team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader you will be responsible for providing prompt and professional administrative services to Alwyndor’s clients, customers, volunteers, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact either via phone or face to face, answering queries and/or referring onto relevant areas. You will also be responsible for booking, cancelling, and changing client appointments on behalf of our stakeholders.
