Description:

Key Accountabilities
Responsible for timely identification and resolution of problems.
Respond positively to the requests of senior staff and establish and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers.
Ensure to lessen or eliminate compensations due to quality issues.
Conduct thorough test, check and input so as to minimize elimination compensation claim due to quality issues.
Contribute and actively support the Customer Care Coordinator in evaluating the cause of the quality issues, and in creating solutions that will enable to lessen or eliminate the same.
Conducts on the spot random check to ensure all cleaned items that are currently on process prior to delivery are of tandard quality.
Inform processing team concerning total rejections found during the spot random checking for immediate corrective action on the operational side.
Responsible for the complete documentation of all the checking, test & inspection and feedback records/complaints of clients, and inform the Quality Control Coordinator.
Support the Customer Care Coordinator in meetings to update the clients for issues and complaints verification for improvement to clearly communicate with all the internal terms and highlight any quality issues in zero time so as to maintain overall customers* satisfaction of the processed items.
Comply with Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities & Standards by conducting workplace assessments and encouraging a safety culture within the team.
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
Essential Requirements and Competencies
1-2 years in Laundry Industry / Quality Control
Experience in a large volume laundry facility
Good English language verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Able to work and perform under significant pressure in a 24/7 working environment
Decision-making skills
Eye for detail
Basic Computer skills
Desirable Requirements and Competencies
Ability to collaborate cross functionally and at all levels and team based approach including ability to positively manage conflict.
Delivers effective, well-structured written/ spoken communication, with impact and energy.
High level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.
Knowledge of ERP systems
