ABOUT AGORA COLEARNING
Agora Colearning is a one-stop education hub providing educational programmes for children aged 6 months to 16 years. We offer our own Student Care and Early Years programmes, as well as enrichment and tuition activities from best-in-class education providers. We help students learn, and develop life skills and competencies, whilst nurturing their physical health and well-being.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience working in front of house roles, liaising with parents and children is a plus
- Comfort and experience working with learning management software systems as is prior experience working with CRM systems
- Must be a “people-person”, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents and children
- A happy, driven, energetic mindset, with an ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances creatively and come up with practical solutions
- Willing to commit for ad-hoc, weekends & PH
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcomed to apply
Responsibilities:
ROLE
Our Customer Experience team plays a dynamic and important in the running of our centre. They are the key daily point of contact for parents, students and teachers. You will be involved in both front-of-house duties and, additionally, in facilitation and overseeing certain student activities. If you love to engage with parents and children and are thorough and organised, this is the role for you. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Front-of-House Duties
- Staff the reception area, welcome parents and students, manage check-ins and check-outs of students
- Address initial parent questions and be able to triage enquiries across our range of offerings - Student Care, Early Years, third party Education Providers, Events
- Help identify parent and student needs, foster good relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
- Manage administrative tasks including room set-up, bookings and rescheduling of programmes and assist with daily requirements such as centre-opening and closing and ensure the upkeep of centre equipment and premises
