QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- 2+ years of relationship management with customers
- Enthusiasm for solving problems and making people happy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Experience using a customer support management tool like Helpscout or ZenDesk
- Excellent communication skills - you find it easy to talk to people in person and over email
- You have a high level of understanding, patience, and empathy and can navigate difficult interactions with professionalism
- You believe there’s a solution to every problem, big or small

ABOUT THE ROLE
Sago Mini is seeking a Customer Care Associate who’s excited to help us support our customers in all things Sago Mini & Piknik, from our existing award-winning digital offerings to the next big thing we’re dreaming up.
As the first point of contact for Sago’s fan base, you will be Sago’s brand ambassador, and will be an expert on our offering and our customers.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Responding to and resolving customer service requests
- Manage the refund, credit, and exchange process for customers
- Research and stay up-to-date on customer care best practices
- Sharing insights within your team, and highlighting trends with inbound requests
- Escalating product performance issues to the relevant teams
