CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE

- Completion of Grade 12 required
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, exposure to call centre, retail, hospitality, reception/front desk environments an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly with Excel and Office 36

THE ROLE
Pedalheads is looking for part time and full-time Customer Care Associates who will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Your main role will be to assist with inquiries into our children’s bike and swim programs, resolutions and appropriate follow-up. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust.
As someone who will represent Pedalheads on the front line, ultimately you will help maintain our established reputation as a company that offers excellent customer care.
The Customer Care Associate position is based out of our Vancouver, BC office and reports to the Customer Care Supervisor.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build in this role, you’ll also be:
- Taking program registrations and entering customer information into our registration database
- Answering telephone calls and e-mail inquiries, which may include registration requests, inquiries, promoting our programs and processing payments and refunds and addressing any questions or concerns families may have.
- Monitoring and responding to incoming emails in a prompt manner
- Filing documents
- Assists the Customer Care Supervisor with assigned administrative tasks
- Light housekeeping tasks to maintain our office environment
- Ensure that any make up lesson or reschedule requests for lessons or camps are processed efficiently
