QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Experience in a similar role relating to customer relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Generate collections of outstanding invoices.
  • Review missed promise to pay dates.
  • Apply customer payments and monitor credit memos.
  • Review and approve campaign emails.
  • Conduct customer surveys.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a customer care strategy.
  • Assist with processing invoices.
  • Provide phone back-up for the main phone line.
  • Backup for Accounts Receivable Clerk (monitor the AR email inbox, set up new credit accounts, month end tasks, etc.).
  • Other tasks as assigned.
