QUALIFICATIONS

- Valid Driver’s License

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Experience in a similar role relating to customer relationship building.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Generate collections of outstanding invoices.
- Review missed promise to pay dates.
- Apply customer payments and monitor credit memos.
- Review and approve campaign emails.
- Conduct customer surveys.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement a customer care strategy.
- Assist with processing invoices.
- Provide phone back-up for the main phone line.
- Backup for Accounts Receivable Clerk (monitor the AR email inbox, set up new credit accounts, month end tasks, etc.).
- Other tasks as assigned.
