To strengthen our Customer Care team, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated new colleague for a permanent position as of 01.07.2024 at the Diegem location - with a hybrid workplace model (2-3 days home office):

Responsibilities:

  • Independent processing and coordination of tenders, offers and contracts for our customers in Belgium & Luxembourg
  • Contract review and preparation in cooperation with the sales force and key account management
  • Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies
  • Answering price inquiries and creating price lists
  • Helping to shape optimization opportunities in your own day-to-day business
  • Collaboration on projects in the area of price and offer management
  • Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note processing in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments
  • Price and data maintenance as well as price reporting and analysis in SAP
  • Processing and documentation of business cases with internal and external customers in SalesForc
