  • Be our voice in the Netherlands! You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and partners. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, meticulously document them, and resolve all cases conclusively
  • Become an absolute expert in our products, ensuring that customers and partners always experience a transparent decision-making process
  • Actively operate and maintain our CRM and our in-house contract management system
  • Collaborate with our Operations Team to optimize existing processes for our customers, partners, and internal workflows
  • Independently handle new damage cases and ensure proactive damage management
  • Guarantee accessibility and our service level through your independent and responsible work style

This is what you bring to the table

  • You’ve already gained experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance industry, and have supported Dutch customers
  • Your Dutch is at a native level, and you are proficient in either German or English
  • You have a passion for our products, are technically savvy, and familiar with modern communication tools
  • Strong customer orientation, decision-making ability, assertiveness, and outstanding communication skills are your strengths
  • Your friendly, engaging nature sets you apart, and you enjoy writing, chatting, and speaking with our customers
  • You’re not only focused on personal success but also on the success of the team
