Description:

We’re looking for switched-on and highly capable Customer Care & Clinical Records Coordinators to join our busy Customer Support team. We currently have 3 vacancies to fill:

  • Permanent Full-Time (6:00am - 2:30pm) at Mercy in Epsom.
  • Fixed Term Full-time (40 hours per week) at Ascot in Greenlane for 12 months starting August
  • Fixed Term Part-time (20 hours per week) at Ascot in Greenlane, to man our busy switchboard for 3 months starting mid-September

Our Customer Care Coordinators effectively manage the main reception area to ensure patients, visitors, specialists, and tenants receive a superior level of customer service. Key tasks include general reception, creation & maintenance of patient files, accepting deliveries and knowing where to look or who to ask when dealing with enquiries.
Whether manning the front desk, or our busy switchboard, you will have experience in a busy front-line reception or customer service role, ideally in healthcare, so you’re familiar with medical terminology and clinical processes, and you’re confident speaking with all manner of patients, visitors and hospital staff. You have exceptional computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems with ease, and above all you maintain a friendly, effervescent manner that ensures everyone feels welcome and and knows where to go.

Our people tell us that they love working at MercyAscot because of the great people and the teamwork, and because we’re large enough to be progressive, but small enough to care. Our people enjoy great employee benefits, which include:

  • Free car parking nearby
  • Christmas & New Year close-down
  • Health insurance subsidy after 2 years service
  • Recruit-a-buddy scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Discounted gym memberships & E-cycles
  • Pharmacy discount & discounted hospital fees
  • Discounts at multiple popular retail outlets as part of our Boost programme

If you want to be part of a dynamic and ever-growing organisation, hit APPLY now!
Applications close on 1 July 2024; however, we reserve the right to close applications earlier as needed.
