Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and accurate service to our Construction and Government clients via email, telephone, and other business systems
- Process orders, action requests (many of which are urgent), and investigate/resolve order issues and invoice disputes
- Action quote requests/tenders (of high dollar value) for a various infrastructure/projects, sourcing parts, and calculating freight charges for large orders
- Collaborate with Project Managers, National Strategic Account Managers and other stakeholders
- Action customer requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Understand individual needs of our clients and nurture relationship
