YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Consultant to join our customer service team based in Mackay QLD, to provide great service to some of our biggest Mega Mining clients.
In this challenging and rewarding role you will proactively look for solutions that drive the right outcome for both our customers and business. Our supportive management and team will empower you to perfect your customer service skills, investigate issues and escalations, and harness your problem-solving techniques to reach quick and successful outcomes.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to one of Blackwoods largest customers via telephone calls, emails and other business systems
- Action customer requests quickly, take ownership of enquiries, and find fast resolutions within allocated timeframes
- Understand our customer’s sales history to identify service requirements, and pursue upsell opportunities when available
- Nurture the commercial relationship with our Mega Mining clients, staying up to date with processes and procedures to provide tailored solutions
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
To be successful, you will have:
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment preferred but not essential
- Customer and solutions focused mindset, thinking outside the box to achieve results
- Amazing customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- A strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Cloud based CRM programs
- Clear verbal and written communication skills required
