JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University graduate or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in Customer Service.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Eligibility to work in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Manage import and export shipping orders from clients or initiated by Customer Service Front Line, covering sea freight, airfreight, and land freight.
- Open shipping orders and insert Request for Quotations. Obtain rates, negotiate, and follow up on quotations from agents.
- Track daily orders from clients with the operations department and agents.
- Submit offers to clients and file them appropriately. Amend and renew contracts/offers upon approval from the customer service manager.
- Resolve client issues and respond to inquiries following company policies.
- Handle pickup requests or delivery orders according to client requirements.
- Ensure cargo deliveries align with client credit agreements and payment terms.
- Prepare client operation invoices and submit them to the Direct Manager.
- Generate sales leads and ensure proper circulation in the sales department via software.
- Coordinate with the sales team and CRM regarding client problems and requests to provide optimal responses.
- Adhere to all company policies, work procedures, instructions, and directives to achieve company objectives.
