We currently offer the following position in our office in Singapore which will be hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: manage the entire order fulfillment process, engage with external stakeholders to ensure delivery and revenue commitments are met, and resolving customer queries and returns promptly
  • Inventory Management: handle incoming goods, packing for deliveries, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Import & Export: Maintain shipping records, prepare packing/shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments and handle Letter of Credit negotiation and certificates of origin
  • Others: Comply and adhere to regulatory and company policies
