CUSTOMER CARE NIGHT AUDITOR
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (remote) **Only BA residents may apply.
Shift: Sunday through Wednesday from 11 pm - 7 am BA time (GMT-3)
CUSTOMER CARE NIGHT AUDITOR
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively via phone and email.
Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers regarding our services.
Collaborate with other departments in order to meet customer needs and solve issues.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Night Auditors will also provide administrative support to our internal support teams when there are periods of downtime during their shift.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Previous customer service experience if preferred
Must fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills with a passion for providing customers with the best possible solution
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently in a fast paced environment
