Description:
JOB SUMMARY
As a customer care representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. You will enter customer orders, and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests and general inquiries. You will be using an AS400 based system as well as web-based applications. You will provide assistance to our outside sales team and will work with our supply chain and distribution partners. Your position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer relations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and multi-task
- Proven people skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity
- Willingness to be a team player while working independently with little direction
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Familiarity with MS Office Applications
- University degree or college diploma preferred
Salary: $50 – 65k

- Expedite and source product to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Deliver above and beyond customer service in a fast-paced environment.
