YOUR MISSION
GotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Development Team in Germany to ensure our US-based customers get the best out of our solution by engaging with them via mail (and phone, if needed) and solving any kind of issues effectively.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed over 5 countries, by the end of 2024. As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team and help us to build a stronger function. This role will act as a point of contact for our US clients, providing excellent guidance and support through written and voice channels
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to our US-based customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously via email, tickets, and calls (when required)
- Provide accurate information about our platform and its features
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Support the improvement of our Customer Development operation
