Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers. Leveraging your expertise in international sales and customer service, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of international sales transactions, maintaining effective communication channels, and fostering strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- BTEC Higher National Diploma” or “Diploma Advanced Technician in international Sales
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industry, such as sales assistant or export
specialist.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with proficiency in an additional language preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP or INFOR.
- Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Sales Force, for efficient customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your bachelor’s degree in international sales and previous experience in a similar role to effectively navigate the complexities of international trade.
- Demonstrate mastery of export fundamentals, including Incoterms, means of payment, and international transportation, to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Oversee the entire documentation chain for international sales, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate positive and productive relationships with international customers and internal departments in a multicultural environment, serving as a liaison between parties.
- Manage the Order to Cash process with precision and efficiency, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders and resolution of any issues that may arise.
