Description:
This Customer Care Officer role is an exciting customer facing role in our busy Stockland Green Hills Shopping centre. Based on our customer care desk, you will be tasked with providing superior customer service as well as support to the centre management team.
This is a casual role working approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Address diverse customers’ needs and values and provide an exceptional service to our customers in line with Stockland’s brand essence.
- Gather, qualify and quantify customer feedback, complaints and compliments and effectively communicate these to the Stockland business.
- Manage all duties associated with the running of the Customer Care Desk within the centre.
- Maintain OH&S standard and procedures and address all health, safety and environmental issues.
- Follow all public liability incident management processes.
