WHO WOULD SUIT THIS ROLE?

We’re looking for an organised and attentive problem solver for our Customer Collections and Support role to help improve the financial wellbeing of our customers. If you’re someone that enjoys a busy work environment and engaging with customers to help them find solutions to their problems then this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Making and receiving phone calls with customers and clients to resolve their outstanding accounts.
  • Emailing customers and clients in relation to account resolution.
  • Identify customers issues, create and implement a resolution plan with them ensuring a high level of customer experience is continued throughout.
  • Our office is open 8:30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and your hours will fit in between those times. The role will mean that you need to be here until 7pm some days but not others.
