As our Customer Communication Specialist (m|f|div) you create and maintain clear and concise content to enhance the customer journey with MISUMI, collaborating with various departments to align on new content. Additionally, you define content needs with customer-facing teams, ensure quality translations, understand our Webshop/EC, and monitor the user experience to identify improvements.

  • Content is created and maintained to enhance the customer journey with MISUMI, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
  • Collaboration with departments such as Marketing, IT, and customer-facing teams aligns new content with technical possibilities.
  • As the first contact for customer-facing departments, content needs are defined, and close work with French and Italian native speakers ensures accurate translations.
  • A deep understanding of the Webshop/EC is developed to identify content needs.
  • The user experience on MISUMI’s e-commerce platform is monitored to identify areas for improvement
