KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop, create and execute exciting and engaging communication content across and including (but limited to) customer/market campaigns, case studies and general customer messaging.
Build our social media footprint in line with organisational goals across all product lines and Customer Brands
Manage content briefs in alignment with the Sales & Marketing GTM strategy
Supporting the implementation and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns as required
Support National Sales & Marketing team through development of customer digital offer campaigns.
Development and implementation of online content across various formats (e.g. graphics, videos, written) and platforms to ensure it is up to date, relevant and engaging for the target users.
In collaboration with the National Sales & Marketing team, ensure all relevant customer material is updated on all relevant platforms (i.e. internet, microsites, websites etc).
Measure and report on performance of all digital communication campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) as aligned to agreed outcomes.
Utilise and take ownership of the approved 3rd Party Marketing Activation Platforms – EG Mail Chimp, Wordpress, Adobe Suite; this will include customer distribution of pricing increase letters, general communication as approved by the GM Sales & Marketing.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3-5 years communication experience in B2B industrial environment (referred) and various stakeholders
Degree in communication or equivalent experience (preferred)
Experience in using digital platforms, social media management, marketing activation tools; SEO and SEM management and actively looks to stay up to date with digital communication trends
Solid knowledge and experience in website management and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc)
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords and Display campaigns
Competent with Microsoft Office Systems (Incl. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and design programs (including Canva, InDesign). Desktop publishing and basic graphic design capabilities (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a new team member in this newly create role to communicate to the market and customers around our brand and who we stand for across the different Product Lines and Customer facing Brands.
This role will develop the communication messaging that aligns to the National Sales & Marketing team’s Go-To-Market Strategy. Enabling customer brand credibility to de-commoditise our brand by providing compelling content and enhancing offer differentiation visibility by solving customer problems.
