Responsibilities:

The Customer Contract Manager is an exciting opportunity in our Major Customer Accounts team based at our Perth CBD office.
Customer Contract Mangers (CCM) are responsible for managing the contractual risk and compliance frameworks for our Business Customer and Growth function.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage contractual risk and compliance frameworks for the Business Customer and Growth team.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed governance parameters.
  • Proactive management of customer contracts, review of terms and conditions and assessment of risks and issues.
  • Proactive engagement, review of contract terms, annual CMD power factor reviews, forecast revenues, expiring terms, revenue focus, manage product variation, contract variations, set up ESA and GSA
  • Support Account Managers and Service teams in navigating the complex end-to-end customer lifecycle
