Responsibilities:

The Customer Credit & Risk Specialist is a newly created opportunity in our Vulnerable Customer team based at our Perth CBD office.
The Customer Credit & Risk Specialist delivers insights on the success and effectiveness of credit and collections pathways and processes.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Accountable for ongoing operational process improvements related to all Customer Credit & Risk processes and service delivery (Life Support, Credit, Collections). Responsible for delivery of operational insights on all relevant processes.
  • Consolidation of trend reporting and insights from the Credit & Risk Officers on process opportunities and responsible for coordinating a resolution or improvement
  • Working with the analytics team to build reporting frameworks for current Customer Credit & Risk processes.
  • Report on the stability and effectiveness of all Customer Credit & Risk services and pathways.
  • Proactive engagement with relevant stakeholders across Probe, Vulnerable Customer, Residential and Customer Operations and Finance Business Unit related to continuous improvement.
