The Customer Data Analyst supports the Client Relations Specialists by analyzing multiple data sets and making account recommendations to assigned CRS’s. The CDA works “behind the scenes” to provide CRS’s with useful information to assist in managing their accounts. The CDA is instrumental in continuing the effectiveness of the RFID process and its benefit to both HandCraft and their customers.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent Excel Skills, able to examine and interpret numbers.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn/use various computer programs including LinenMaster and Customer Relations Software packages, industry specific software.
  • Ability to adapt to a growing market as new clients are regularly added.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and deal with occasional conflict.
  • Must have a Positive attitude.
  • College Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Generate and analyze customer usage and RFID inventory reports.
  • Communicate analysis to CRS’s and make recommendations regarding inventory management.
  • Adjust delivery order quantities, account allocations, etc. based on direction from CRS’s.
  • Support CRS’s by investigating and communicating production and quality needs while CRS is not in the facility.
  • Validate new account set up and support the new customer installation process.
  • Verify accurate invoicing of new accounts as well as current accounts when changes are made.
  • Investigate reported system failures to determine root cause and recommend actions to prevent further failure.
  • Recommend process changes to better service customers.
  • Escalate and follow up on unresolved service issues with management and production.
  • Work with Transportation department on Route/Schedule Changes and Holiday schedule adjustments.
