ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
• Problem-solving skills: the ability to analyze and identify issues, and business impact, draw conclusions, and prioritize
• Data literacy: finding and managing data, cleansing data, manipulating data
• Quick learning of 1-2 key process lifecycles (e.g. Order to Deliver to Cash, Issue to Resolution, etc) and experience in working in agile: Ability to coordinate small cross-functional teams to action and progress
• Process / Procedural Mapping Experience / Process Re-Engineering or a background in Quality Management System / ISO

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Information Systems, Data Science or Engineering
• Experience in working with SQL Query, Python, Basic Understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI, Data Analysis and Advanced in Excel
