Description:
- Establishment, development and maintenance of long-term customer relationships in the DACH region
- Responsibility for the turnover and material margin of selected customers
- Achievement of commercial targets (turnover, sales volume, margin)
- Commercial activities including price, delivery, contract and forecast negotiations
- Development of a customer account plan (offers, projects, visits, targets)
- Providing technical application advice to customers in selected market segments
- Cooperation with the specialist departments to meet customer needs and requirements
- Solve inquiries, complaints and problems promptly and satisfactorily
- Continuously monitor contracts and forecast figures in line with targets
- CRM Pipeline planning of projects incl. targets (turnover, number of visits, potential margins, volume)
- Management of aftersales activities
- Identification of new strategic suppliers and products
