JOB DESCRIPTION:
Segment: Mars Multisales
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Responsibilities:
- Be category partner of choice with account
- Own customer plan/Joint Business Plan with account to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin
- Own category account P&L to deliver on target business shape
- Responsible for the annual trading terms
- Own category and brand execution in-store at account in the context of Perfect Store by:
- Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels
- Develop a tailored promo/support plan in line with the segment requirements
- Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI) -> customer/channel specific
- Own Account volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo) other channels: identifying new business opportunities
- Drive compliance to Mars QMP (Quality Management Processes) standards
