KEY QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE SPECIALIST:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AML compliance within the banking industry.
• Strong proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Possession of ACAMS certification or an AML certification is advantageous.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• In-depth knowledge relating to CDD processes and AML regulations

• Review, approve, and authorize the work of CDD Analysts.
• Ensure that the quality of work conducted by CDD Analysts meets established requirements.
• Control and management of any relevant risks
• Update and enhance Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) procedures and protocols based on regulatory changes and internal policies.
• Conduct training sessions within the CDD team to enhance the knowledge and skills of staff members.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by branch management.
