Forming part of a small and supportive Customer Engagement team, with strong mentoring and guidance from the Customer Operations Manager, this role will provide an opportunity to grow and develop your career. Located in the Melbourne CBD, this energy provider is looking for a customer engagement specialist to join their team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Wanting to continue your career in the energy sector? Seeking experienced energy candidates who are ready for their next opportunity in Melbourne. You will play an integral part in the team and customers where you will be providing outstanding customer service to energy business customers throughout the whole lifecycle. Enquiries can be in relation to sales, customer service and collections and disconnections. You will ensure the customers’ needs are met and represent the company to the best of your customer service ability. This position requires the successful candidate to be working in the office full time until deemed competent and then you can move to a hybrid working arrangement which would be 2 days work from home. No weekend work! This is a permanent position.
