The Opportunity

In this role you will manage a portfolio providing high touch support to clients with a variety of needs and enquiries for a World leading insurer.

Your Story

  • Work autonomously while actively delivering exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Achieve targets including customer advocacy
  • Produce an in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  • Confidently & persistently navigate and source information from multiple internal systems
  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, emails and online chat functions.
  • Champion the behaviors of resilience and agility by responding constructively to change
  • Showcasing the ability to take ownership and solve customer enquiries
  • Having experience in identifying sales and customer retention opportunities
  • Be fearless & Confident in your ability! Full Time Paid Training Provided for 3 Weeks to help you achieve from day one!
