MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years experience in customer service and/or outreach, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and achieving customer service excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Healthcare systems, CRM software and digital communication platforms.
Responsibilities:
SUPERVISOR, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Customer Engagement Specialist Team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance and providing coaching/professional development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive outreach strategies to meet and exceed engagement, satisfaction and retention goals.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of educational programs and materials to effectively communicate the value of technology to our referral sources.
- Analyze team performance data and outreach outcomes to identify trends, make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence in customer service.
- Investigate and report on the outcomes of outreach efforts, creating transparency and using findings to inform future strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in all outreach and customer engagement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
