POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Customer Engineer for a remote-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Processes Understanding
- Dynamics 365 SCM Modules
- Configuration and Customization
- Most of the day spend with incoming technical cases from customer, then working on incomplete. Periodic meetings
Qualifications:
- Must have 15+ years of experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and/or related
- Should have excellent communication Skills: verbal, listening and written.
- Should have research, problem Solving and troubleshooting Skills - Thinking logically and demonstrating use of available resources.
- Should have interpersonal and relationship skills proven through work experience.
- Should have passion for lifelong learning and personal and professional development.
