Description:
For our Customer Excellence department in Willebroek, we are looking for a new colleague to join the team! In this position, you will be responsible for the planning and organisation around the delivery of our dialysis products and services to customers.
Who are our customers? These include home patients as well as hospitals, pharmacies and wholesalers. You are literally the spider in the web between the logistics chain and the delivery and service of our dialysis products and services.
In doing so, you will ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent planning and quick resolution of any issues. You will be part of a team with three other Customer Excellence Officer and report to the Customer Excellence Lead BE.
