CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE

As a key member of our team, the Customer Experience Associate will play a vital role in achieving sales targets while upholding our brand standards for both our guests and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new accounts.
  • Foster relationships with customers, clients, and management through effective networking and communication.
  • Address customer needs by recommending tailored products and services, resolving challenges, and highlighting key features.
  • Collaborate with store management and program leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable plans.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and professionalism at all times.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and workshops to stay informed and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
