WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE A NORTHBRIDGE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
As our Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a critical role in the evolution of our Voice of the Customer program by maintaining our customer feedback channels and ensuring the integrity of the data we collect through our customer experience surveys. This includes supporting the ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and user experience of our survey platform (Medallia) and as its system champion, working with various teams to enrich the feedback collected to help the business better understand our customers and their needs. You’ll be supporting internal partners with data analysis, reporting, and systems/process integrations, and not only gain exposure to different brands, projects, and stakeholders, but also help our operational leaders uncover meaningful insights and new opportunities to move the needle on the experience we provide to customers.
This role requires a unique blend of analytical and technical savvy combined with a highly collaborative and customer-centric mindset. The right candidate loves working with data and technology, excels at solving problems and storytelling, and can build relationships with people with ease. In other words, they’re awesome!
