As a Customer Experience Consultant in our Oslo office you will be the primary point of contact for your portfolio customers from and act as an advocate for these customers, internally within Maersk.

Responsibilities:

The role of the Customer Experience Consultant is to own/manage the customer experience of customers assigned in the portfolio, both ocean and supply chain management.
As a logistics integrator Maersk offers full variety of products and solutions (SCM, AIR, LCL, ocean, warehousing, etc) to our customers, and we are looking for a enthusiastic person, who is not afraid of learning new, and who is familiar of end to end -logistics. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures, ensuring that the cargo is transported as per the transport plan promised to the customer and/or that the customers is kept informed of relevant deviations.
This requires close cooperation with different counterparts, relationships with the customers, understanding their business drivers should be leveraged to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk Group.
