Description:

Pay Rate: £35,00 up to £45,000 (this will all depend on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 08:30 until 17:00

Responsibilities:

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
Customer Experience Lead for the site
Identifying opportunities for improvement for the customer and site
delivery continuous improvement for the customer and site
working closely with customers and internal stakeholders
Driving collaboration and accountability between Account Management and Customer Service Teams as well as internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
