We are currently searching for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at our North City Honda. Your responsibility would include acting as a liaison between Sales Management and BDC to ensure our valued customer are responded to and their questions and concerns are taken care of. QUALIFICATIONS
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but not necessary
- Previous experience with Vin Solutions & V-Auto would be a huge plus
- Experience with MicroSoft Office including Word, Excel, & Outlook
- Outgoing Personality
- Driven to Succeed
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members

Responsibilities:
- Make out going calls, texts, and email daily
- Must be able to utilize Co-Video to immediately send walk around videos to customers upon the first quality contact.
- Identify any service customer that would be interested in a new or used vehicle purchase.
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Schedule future contact/visits/meeting with customers as needed.
- Work closely with store GSM and Corporate trainer to maximize all sales opportunities.
- Answers and responds to incoming customer phone calls, internet leads, or any other communications promptly and professionally.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Make calls to prospective customers to set up appointments
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
