Description:

Job Function: Remote Sales The role:

  • To Achieve customer retention through T-12 and T-36.
  • You may be required to conduct Onboarding sessions with your customer stakeholders providing insight on: SoftwareONE Service scope, Support process, Escalations management, Customer Experience Manager role and focus, Tools overview & demo etc. to educate the Customer stakeholders to start leveraging SoftwareONE support, services & tools.
  • You will conduct regular business reviews with your customer stakeholders providing insight on: SoftwareONE Services capabilities and its utilizations and performance, opportunities for optimization, relevant developments in business, new features or capabilities released within the supported areas which could enable a goal within the customer business.

There are possibilities To negotiate plans with Microsoft and other Microsoft Vendors to be able to execute a better customer experience environment.

What we need to see from you:

  • Responsible for driving Demo, POC services to customers through advising customers on best practices for using SoftwareONE and/or partner solutions and align with Sales and Solution Sales on upcoming up- or cross-selling opportunities accordingly.
  • Responsible in upselling services through demo and POCs
  • Educate customers in other possibilities in ensuring of maximization of their investments
