Description:
- Call Centre / Customer Service Exp Welcome
- Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week (including weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound call
- Attend to customers’ enquiries via hotline and sometimes email
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
- Achieve individual and team KPI set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigne
