JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Initial 4-month temporary assignment – potential for extension
  • Newcastle CBD Location
  • Join this award-winning Customer Experience team
    Location: Onsite in Newcastle CBD
    Duration: 4 months – 35 hours per week – potential for extension
    Commencing: 15th April for 2-week intensive training
    Hours: Fulltime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
    To support an increase in workload, we are seeking a number of passionate Customer Experience Representatives to join our clients’ award-winning team.
    This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, engaged on a casual on-hire basis for an initial period of four months, however, is likely to extend to a more long-term arrangement.
    Situated in a state-of-the-art office building, you will be tasked with a combination of inbound call centre, front counter/reception and general administrative duties that include:

Fielding incoming customer enquiries

  • Data entry
  • Payment extensions
  • Rebate processing
  • Updating contact information

Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills while being professionally presented and maintaining a professional manner at all times, as you will be a strong representation of the brand. You will be a fast learner with the ability to problem solve.
