Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a CX Onboarding Rep, you will contribute to reshaping Canada’s fintech industry, and be a key player in our growth journey.
- Schedule and conduct onboarding meetings to help clients understand the product features and functionalities.
- Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to ensure clients can effectively use the product.
- Assist clients with setting up their accounts and configuring the product to suit their business needs, ensuring that all technical requirements and integrations are properly tested.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources for clients to reference during and after onboarding.
