Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to web customers, ensuring smooth order processing and prompt resolution of any issues.
  • Assist customers across various platforms, including web, phone, social media, and email, with accurate and helpful information.
  • Support non-web customers, including resellers and institutional buyers, by processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Administer grants efficiently, processing requests according to company policies and recommending alternative products when necessary.
  • Maintain the web store by updating product information, administering promotions, and ensuring intuitive navigation for customers.
  • Administer customer information accurately, onboard new customers, and manage bulk email lists effectively.
  • Support and administer promotions, vouchers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and support off-site events as required, providing valuable feedback to improve services and products
