We’re currently looking for an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our Team in Morrinsville on a permanent full time basis.
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, your key focus will be customer satisfaction.
You will concentrate on:
Answering inbound calls
Processing internal and external orders
Respond to and answer inquiries and questions
Complete warm handovers/call transfers to SW colleagues
Provide proactive phone sales to our customers through outbound calling and achieve profitable and sustainable sales
Proactively liaise with SW customers to build rapport and maximize opportunity around sales and service.

We’re looking for someone with professional customer services, sales and agricultural training. You will also have
Confidence and be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships and support business needs
Excellent data entry skills and typing speed
Strong customer focus
