ABOUT THE COMPANY

people2people have partnered with a progressive & innovative global manufacturer currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join their established team. As an organisation they have focused on pulling on their extensive history and experience to provide world class products, technology and services to their market.

Responsibilities:

Reporting in to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with and supporting customers and the national dealer network managing queries around stock availability and orders, delivery dates, product concerns and general operational support as needed. Being customer centric you will be required to assist with developing solutions and strategies to help improve efficiency’s and reduce challenges. The role will also see you responsible for liaising with Credit Account Managers, negotiating payment arrangements and problem solving.
