JOB DESCRIPTION:

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer-Facing AI Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting 2-3 day workshops aimed at defining persona strategy, identifying appropriate AI tools, and implementing effective AI solutions for our clients. As a consultant, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the process of leveraging AI technology to enhance their customer-facing strategies and optimize their business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth workshops with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and existing customer-facing strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to define and develop customer personas that accurately represent their target audience segments.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technology.
  • Lead discussions and exercises to explore various AI tools and technologies suitable for enhancing customer interactions and experiences.
  • Define data hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in consulting, AI implementation, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or similar group engagements.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to conduct workshops onsite at client locations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
