JOB SUMMARY:

Delve Deeper is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst with a sharp analytical acumen and a strong passion for market dynamics across multiple sectors, including but not limited to the non-profit industry. In this critical role, you will drive our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy by conducting thorough analyses of high-value target accounts in various industries. Your insights will be pivotal in crafting personalized engagement plans, influencing our marketing tactics and sales approaches, and playing a key role in our mission to transform sectors with innovative digital marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Multi-Sector Account Analysis: Conduct in-depth research across a variety of industries to gather insights about industry trends, organizational challenges, and key decision-makers. Use a blend of primary and secondary research methods to build detailed profiles of each target account and the key contacts.
  • Competitive Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze data on competitors across different industries, focusing on their market positioning, offerings, and strategic moves. Use this information to strengthen Delve Deeper’s competitive edge and identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Utilize social listening tools and sentiment analysis to gauge market perception and attitudes towards Delve Deeper and industry-related topics as reflected in social media and other online platforms.
  • Behavioral and Engagement Analytics: Apply advanced analytics techniques to assess how target accounts from different sectors interact with our digital platforms. Analyze data such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email interaction patterns to understand preferences and behaviors.
  • Market and Trend Monitoring: Keep a constant watch on various sectors by monitoring relevant news, social posts of contacts and organizations, and identifying shifts in market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory changes that could impact our ABM strategies or unveil new opportunities.
  • Competitive Intelligence Gathering: Collect and analyze data on competitors across different industries, focusing on their market positioning, offerings, and strategic moves. Use this information to strengthen Delve Deeper’s competitive edge and identify potential threats or opportunities.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Utilize social listening tools and sentiment analysis to gauge market perception and attitudes towards Delve Deeper and industry-related topics as reflected in social media and other online platforms.Insight Generation and Reporting: Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Regularly present these findings to the ABM team and key stakeholders through comprehensive reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations.
