Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Customer Insights and Reporting you will be responsible for producing comprehensive deep-dive customer performance analysis and delivering these actionable insights to key stakeholders across the brands by using impactful visualisation and presentation techniques. This role will be aligned to our Macpac brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular accurate reporting on key business metrics that relate to overall business performance compared to known customers
- Utilise data, research and advanced analytic techniques to form a convincing narrative and make recommendations to solve business challenges
- Review, advise and train other areas of the business that are required to report on customer metrics to facilitate standard methodologies and ensure accuracy of output
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business priorities
