Customer Journey Expert - Security and Risk
An exciting opportunity has now become available for an experienced Customer Journey Expert - Security & Risk, to join our IT Service Management- Tech SRE Team. This is a newly created position with a major focus on Risk. You’ll be the key individual in the enhancement and upkeep of our security and risk environment by liaising with both the wider security and risk functions within Technology.
Joining our IT Service Management team, means being a part of a highly experienced, well-respected team that has a wealth of technical knowledge coupled with the exceptional communication and team working skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and be responsible for the assurance on operational, regulatory and compliance risk and security activities undertaken in the first line of defence for the Tech SRE COE department (also known as Site Reliability Engineering - Centre of Excellence).
  • Lead system continuity, reliability and disaster recovery tests. Ensuring plans and processes are up to date.
  • Ensure appropriate Tech minimum standards are met before systems go live
  • Provide support through advice, guidance and assurance & continuous improvement activities.
  • Support SRE COE in the identification and management of non-financial risk (operational, regulatory and compliance risks) in line with ING’s Risk Appetite Statement, policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Ensure the Tribe remains compliant with all ING policies and procedures
