CLIENT CARE ADMINISTRATOR / PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Centurion
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
R15,000 – R18,000 depending on experience

OVERVIEW:

Our client, a leading tutoring company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Customer Care Administrator, also known as a Portfolio Manager.
This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients and managing their tutoring portfolios effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 certificate.
  • Proven experience in customer service or client care for at least 2/3 years
  • Eloquent / well spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software and A.I. Tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of tutoring services and educational trends is advantageous.
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tutor assignments and match tutors with clients based on their specific requirements and preferences, utilizing information prepared by consultants.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tutors, and internal team members to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs, provide support, and gather feedback to improve our services.
  • Meet monthly KPIs as set by management, including client satisfaction metrics and portfolio management goals.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure an adequate supply of qualified tutors to meet client demands.
